Mothers move through their days in a constant state of responsibility.
Caring, organising, anticipating, regulating emotions ā their childrenās and often everyone elseās too.
There is very little space to pause.
Even less space to be held.
This Womenās Day Weekend offers two carefully held spaces for exactly that:
to slow down, to land back in the body, and to experience relief, without needing to explain, perform or fix anything.

Friday / A holding space for mothers
Motherhood often comes with an unspoken expectation: to stay steady, capable and available, even when the system is overloaded.
This Friday evening is a quiet, structured space for mothers who feel the weight of that responsibility and want a few hours where they donāt have to carry anything.
This is not therapy and not a conversation circle.
You wonāt be asked to share your story or work on yourself.
Instead, the session is designed to support nervous system regulation, grounding and physical settling. Through a clear structure, gentle guidance and a consciously held atmosphere, the body is given permission to downshift.
You may leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more resourced - not because something was solved, but because something was allowed to rest.
When: Friday, March 6 / 5pm
Duration: approx. 2.5 hours
Investment: 39 ⬠(inkl. a little product gift from Mama Matters)
š Tickets are limited to 10 to keep the space quiet, contained and supportive.

Saturday / An open space for families
Family life rarely allows for simply being together without an agenda.
This Saturday offers a different kind of space.
An open, unstructured environment for families, without a program or expectations.
Children can move freely. Adults can arrive, stay, or step back.
Simple materials like salt clay are available as an invitation, not an instruction.
Nothing needs to be produced, achieved or documented.
This space is about shared presence, ease and normality.
A reminder that connection doesnāt need to be organised to be meaningful.
When: Saturday, March 7, 11am
Duration: approx. 3 hours
Investment: donations are welcome, but completely voluntary

Who holds the space
The sessions are held by Sophie Huber, founder of Holding Space. www.holdingspace.at
Sophie comes from a background in entrepreneurship and knows what it means to carry responsibility over long periods of time. As a mother, she experienced first-hand how little space there often is for mothers to be held themselves.
Her work is not therapeutic or advisory.
She creates clear, structured experiential spaces that support regulation, grounding and inner stability ā without analysis, optimisation or self-improvement narratives.
The intention is simple:
to offer conditions in which relief can happen naturally.
Ā
Why join
People are drawn to these sessions because they feel:
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā constantly āonā
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā emotionally or physically overloaded
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā tired of talking about things without feeling change
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā a longing for simplicity, safety and grounding
You donāt need to know what youāre looking for.
You only need to feel that your system could use less pressure and more holding.
Ā
Join us this weekend to step out of function and back into presence.
