Our Calming Sitz Bath, developed together with doula Stephanie Johne, will ease your transition into motherhood with all-natural ingredients that promote tissue healing and provide relief from postpartum discomforts.
HOW TO USE
When you take a sitz bath, you sit in warm water to help relieve pain and care for your intimate area after birth. Add a handful of herbs into 500ml of boiling water, cover it and leave to brew for 3-5 minutes. Then, add it into a shallow water tub or a special sitz bath and soak in for ±10 minutes. You’ll feel like new.
